Who Are You?
I am Sophie Hoyle, a Singer/Songwriter based in Cumbria, UK.
Do You Study Music?
I am 15, so therefore I am still at school where I study Music as one of my GCSE options.
I currently take acoustic and electric guitar lessons.
I love music, and played my dad's guitar regularly from age 11/12. My family saw this, and to help encourage me they got me my own guitar and allowed me to take lessons.
I plan to study music at University.
Do You Write Your Own Lyrics & Music?
Yes! I love to write lyrics and enjoy writing new songs.
What Inspires You?
Many things inspire me to compose songs such as the mood I am in, where I live and my own ideas.
